The 2018 Winter retreat offered by the Youth Movement in the Anglican Diocese of New Westminster (DYM) at Sorrento Centre for young people aged 13 – 25 and their leaders!
This retreat invites young people to reflect on poverty and discover God’s good news for all who are poor in spirit. Through stories of different ways of encountering people who appear ‘poor’ in the eyes of our world, participants will examine the black and white divide between the rich and the poor in our world today, and learn how to cross this divide through how we pray and serve.
